We took Ruby to ride The Big Orange Balloon, a air balloon ride that take you over 400 feet up!

The ride before ours landing. The balloon is attached to a cable in the ground and is on wheels. It lands on a mound in the ground and rolls to a stop. Rocky bit fun!

The balloon ride is the first phase of The Great Park they are building in Irvine. It used to be a Marine Base and most of it still looks much more like that than a park! The balloon pad is in the middle of old plane runways.
